The RecenterED IRELAND Leadership Cohort is a year-long school leadership development experience that begins with a 6-day, 5-night pilgrimage through the sacred landscapes of Ireland—a true retreat from the noise, a chance to rediscover your rhythms, and an invitation to deep rest and genuine restoration.

This is going to be a special group of people just like you looking to expand their vision, hopes, and ideas for education within a community of inspiration, strategy, and purpose

1. 6 days in Ireland – A pilgrimage of rest, rhythm, and restoration.

2. Year-long community of practice – Six peer coaching sessions plus individual coaching.
