PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AS PILGRIMAGE

What if you could step away from the ordinary, walk ancient paths, and rediscover purpose and passion while building a community of practice with other educators and school leaders just like you?

In the misty southeast of Ireland, where rolling green hills tumble toward the sea, discovery awaits.

Imagine rambling along wild coastal cliffs, where waves crash like ancient drums, then winding into villages where every cobbled street holds a story.

Here, monastic ruins whisper of saints and scholars who shaped the wisdom of generations. Kilkenny, Waterford, and Wexford welcome us with laughter in lively pubs, the warmth of new Irish friends, and history etched into every stone. These places invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and reflect on the legacies we, too, are building.

By day, we walk under endless skies, letting the rhythm of the land restore our own rhythms of personhood.

By evening, we gather around the table—sharing stories, insights, and honest reflections with peers who understand the unique weight of being in education

This is a pilgrimage of professional renewal, where landscape and conversation become catalysts for transformation.

Guided by the ancient wisdom of Ireland and the shared wisdom of our community of practice, we will:

-Reconnect with purpose and passion in the work of education
-Rediscover sustainable rhythms that balance us
-Renew clarity around vision and strategy for the year ahead
-Restore courage and hope in a trusted circle of peers

This isn’t just professional development.

It’s a pilgrimage—and a living community—that will sustain your soul, your vision, and your work in education for years to come

Recharge Your Energy, Reconnect Your Purpose, Rekindle Your Passion

The Flourishing Educator Cohort is a year-long educational professional development experience that begins with a 6-day, 5-night pilgrimage through the sacred landscapes of Ireland—a true retreat from the noise, a chance to rediscover your rhythms, and an invitation to deep rest and genuine restoration.

This is going to be a special group of people just like you looking to expand their vision, hopes, and ideas for education within a community of inspiration, strategy, and purpose

What makes this different:

  • A true retreat. Sacred landscapes that invite rest, reflection, and renewal.

  • Restored rhythms. Learn to educate from a pace that sustains your life—not just your work.

  • Community of practice. Walk alongside fellow educators and school leaders who share wisdom, encouragement, and accountability.

  • Coaching for clarity. 1-on-1 and peer coaching to align your vision, purpose, and strategy.

The Pilgrimage Is Only The Beginning

Throughout the school year, this community of practice continues with monthly peer coaching circles that provide reflective practice, collaborative inquiry, and renewed rhythms for educating with creativity, purpose, and sustainability.

  • 10 virtual peer coaching circles – Trusted spaces to process challenges, share insight, and stay grounded in supportive rhythms.

  • Collaborative problem-solving – Together, we tackle the real dilemmas of education and discover fresh solutions together

  • Ongoing practices of renewal – Learn how to weave rest and restoration into your daily life.

  • Inspired strategy - Practical solutions to help you on your journey as a flourishing educator.

This isn't a conference. There's no keynote to sit through, no exhausting itinerary

It's a true retreat — monastic ruins, fireside conversations, shared meals, and a small community of practice who understand exactly what it costs to devote your life to education

How it works:

  1. 6 days in Ireland – A pilgrimage of rest, rhythm, and restoration.

  2. Year-long community of practice – 10 peer coaching sessions with your fellow pilgrims

  3. Tangible outcomes – Renewed purpose, clear strategy, and sustainable energy for staying in education longterm

What you'll walk away with:

  • Restored energy and courage to educate with clarity and compassion

  • A renewed rhythm that sustains your life and your work

  • A clear vision and strategy to carry your work forward

  • A trusted community of practice with fellow educators and school leaders

The program is intentionally small — capped at 25 participants — to foster trust, authenticity, and community

As a founding cohort member, if you register your deposit by NOVEMBER 15, 2026, you'll lock in $200 off the $3,500 rate

And if you're bringing colleagues and teams of 3+ from the same school already save $300 per person, which stacks with this early invitation.
