If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know I have a deep heart for educational leaders. I am convinced that, if we want flourishing schools, we must ensure school leaders feel inspired, renewed, and reconnected to their purpose and mission.

That is why I’m creating a suite of resources and experiences that ground leaders in their deepest humanity and give them inspired strategy within a cohort of colleagues who get how demanding, difficult, and impactful school leadership can be.
