Something more for educators who give themselves sacrificially and nobly to perhaps the highest vocational calling there is.

Something more for administrators, who work to foster communities of care, innovation, and belonging.

Something more for families who want to know that their most precious asset, their child, is seen, cared for, challenged, and supported.

Something more for communities that yearn for less fragmentation, less angst, less anger and more of the thick relationships that bind us together.

This “something more” is ripe with creativity, imagination, innovation, and, most importantly, hope

My Journey

Ten years ago, I heard that call for “something more” and took a big, bold leap of faith to reimagine what schooling could be.

To dream big dreams for education

I launched, Odyssey Leadership Academy, a school that dares to imagine you can educate students without desks and rows, tests or grades; that dares to believe you should put human and communal flourishing front and center; and that, by doing so, you can tell a better story for students, schools, educators, families, and the world!

Nine years later, the vision of OLA is alive and well, changing the narrative of schooling and transforming lives.

Now it's time to think bigger!

The time is right to open the playbook for all the dreamers, innovators, creatives, pioneers, leaders, and difference makers ready to tell a better story for their students, their schools, and their communities
